"Balance your Emotions"
This program aims to calm your mind and balance your emotions by focusing on specific points on your body related to the five elements. During the practice, you'll gently hold a calming point for each element for about 2 to 3 minutes. This helps to soften and clear any related thoughts and feelings, bringing your emotions back into balance.
The process can reduce stress, support your nervous system's recovery, and restore your inner harmony. Make sure to do this exercise in a quiet space and remember to breathe steadily and deeply throughout the session.
