YICHO Mon-Fri programs bring maximal synergy to your day! These are quick programs with which you manage both your stress and your mental and physical endurance. You can focus on things and remain in your power - despite possible noise or chaos in the environment.
From Monday to Friday, we invite you to practice short exercises that can help you reduce stress and boost mental and physical endurance. Wherever you are, these exercises are easy to follow and you can focus on important things and remain in your power. Monday to Friday practices will help you be more efficient and improve your overall wellbeing. During the practices, you’ll focus on grounding, crossing energies, the unhindered flow of energies, and the confirmation of basic energies.
During the weekend, we encourage you to focus on balancing your emotions, unlocking your satisfaction energy, and strengthening your energy limits. The series of weekend exercises are more relaxed, and you can even choose to lie down during some of them. On weekends, you can give yourself more time to reflect on how you feel in your body and mind. During the weekend, we will focus on emotional energy, strenthening power, and opening the circles of wellbeing.
Depending on how you feel, you can practice YICHO Daily at any time of the day, or even several times a day. You can combine them with other YICHO exercises to meet your individual needs.
