The YICHO Muscle Starter program consists of three phases, each lasting three weeks, with training three days a week, totaling nine weeks of focused training.

In these workouts, you focus on practical resistance training to build muscle and boost your metabolism. Be sure to take breaks between sessions to aid in recovery. This will help prevent your workouts from becoming too cardio-focused, which can hinder muscle growth. It's also advisable to include a rest day between workouts for optimal recovery.
